Internet broadcast of the seminar. How to do it?

Video broadcast

Hello people.
The task was to calculate the cost and further bring the webcast of the seminar to the finish line.
Unfortunately, I have never done anything like this, so knowledge is at a minimum. A google search turned up nothing meaningful.
What is there:
Wi-Fi, a room, a Sony NEX-VG30EN video camera, a well-stuffed desktop computer without additional bells and whistles like a TV tuner, etc.
Events are planned for 50 people (online - 100 people at the beginning, then we'll see ). The microphone is wireless in the form of a buttonhole.
The seminars will be paid, so the online broadcast should be not in the public domain and, highly desirable, in HD quality.

Not exactly what you need. The answers provide only a platform for presentations, but what about everything else?
