There was a need to accept payment for goods/services on the website, where each buyer has his own personal profile.
An important point in accepting payment by credit card is the preliminary identification of the client as the owner of this very card. Payment options with someone else's card are excluded.
A question for the habrocommunity: what is the best way to organize the process of identifying a client as a cardholder before payment on the part of the store site?

Usually in such cases they are asked to send photos / scans of documents. This can be a scan of a passport / driver's license (the name of the cardholder must match the name in the passport) or a scan of the card with two sides (you can overwrite CVV2) - to confirm that the card is yours, and not just you stole someone's number and CVV2.
Well, or does acquiring have the ability to leave an arbitrary comment on the operation - you can do the same as PayPal - withdraw $ 1 and indicate the digital code in the comment, the user will receive a bank statement and recognize this code, enter it on your site and you will return his dollar to him on account.
