International research grants for graduate students?

When I entered graduate school, I began to look for opportunities to get a research grant.
Most interested in grants on parallel computing and building compilers.
So far, I have only found a Kaspersky grant and a grant from Nvidia , the latter was recently reported in the news.
Who else makes it possible to receive a grant and under what conditions?
It would be interesting to gather in one place all the companies that organize grant competitions on a more or less regular basis.

Country: Russia, I think the conditions for importing cash grants will be similar for the CIS countries.
