Who can tell me how to get to the internal IP address of the client, if I know both the external IP and the internal one?
What if I need to connect to a specific port on a remote computer?

If you have access to SSH on the NAT, then ssh tunneling is possible -> google "putty ssh tunnel".
Another option is to use vpn -> google "hamachi".
There are many more options, it all depends on the specific conditions.

It depends on the fact that on the gateway with an external IP, in different OS this is done differently.
