I wanted to ask people working in IT - how important is higher education?
Perhaps this is a question that you have already heard a hundred times, but YOUR opinion on this matter is very important to me.
You can often see in trainee vacancies that senior students or just students are required. Does this mean that I will definitely be rejected for this vacancy? Is it worth it to try to pass an interview and get a job as an intern without having a higher education (HE)? Which areas are more accessible and loyal (no VO requirement) to enter the profession. I would like to learn C#, but I also have a good basic knowledge of the frontend. Is it enough to have good knowledge of algorithms, C# technologies and the presence of several pet-projects for a trainee to work in some company?

There are many companies, each company has dozens and hundreds of resumes, there is a turnover for various reasons. Those who want to get some vacancies reach 600-1000 responses per month in each company (everyone is spamming). It turns out that some cannot find employees, others cannot get a job. The problem is in communication, in the details of paperwork (vacancies / resumes / requirements), in accordance with skills, in ... stupidity on both sides. There are many factors.
Write, call, they will answer 100-1000 requests. On refusals, put the bolt, as if you had not hit the ball into the ring from 10 meters. Take the ball and throw it until you hit it.
And when you get a job, do not abandon the search for a new one. Update your portfolio and resume.

Since there is a main job related to PC, but not related to IT, at some point, I realized that I like it more and want to further develop in this direction. That's why I started looking for internships, participating in hackathons (although there is only one hackathon behind my back, we reached the final)))) not so much experience, but I teach steadily almost every day or I repeat) One thing you write for yourself with a full flight of fancy or by company standards that use a particular stack. on the one hand it's interesting and cool, on the other hand, teamwork is a real experience. what I'm aiming for)
