into a problem: in the cloud on the diagram in the manual there are f0/0 and f0/1 interfaces, but I have only interfaces wlan0 and enp2s0... What should I do?

PS Cisco chose the tag, because there is no GNS3 tag ...

The "cloud" in GNS3 makes a bridge between the host interface and the VM interface. In order to build a scheme and check the performance of GRE in your case, you can
1. Connect your virtual ciscos to each other and hang addresses from the same subnet on the interfaces
2. Similar to 1., but put an unmanaged switch
between them 3. Put a router between them, don't forget to set it up.
4. Use 2 "clouds", bags between them will walk.
