Interactive image change on canvas, how?

I want to know how to make the image added to the canvas and it can be dragged and resized, like in Photoshop, so that the selected image has a frame and dragging the edge of which you can reduce or enlarge it.
Does this resize have a specific name?
Are there ready made solutions for this? Maybe it's not even done with canvas?

Try fabric.js . There are articles on Habré. Russian-speaking authors :) .
