IntelliSense in VS 2008 not displaying documentation?

IntelliSense in Visual Studio 2008 does not display documentation for methods (and their parameters), properties, and events. MSDN is installed in full. ReSharper 4.5 is also installed. I write in C#, if you're interested. Tell me where to poke to enable the display of documentation?

MSDN has nothing to do with it. Do you not see documentation at all or only on some methods?
