Intellij IDEA. Why don't some keys work in the "Surround with -> Emmet" window?

Good to everyone.
When you select the "Surround with" menu in html and then select "Emmet" this window closes when you press the Backspace, Ctrl+V, etc. keys. there is no way to edit anything.

Program version 2018.2.3. With the old version for 2017, this was not the case.
