Intellij idea or webstorm?

Dear friends, please tell me: what is better, webstorm or intellij idea for web development and why?

1. Intellij Idea Community does not have Webstorm features at all.
2. Intellij Idea Ultimate has Webstorm features, but can sometimes be blunt.
3. There are no Datagrip features in Webstorm, but they are in Intellij Idea Ultimate.
4. Webstorm is slightly cheaper than intellij idea ultimate.
So it all depends on what you consider "web development".
If this is only a frontend for you, then Webstorm will be better.
If you are writing a backend on nodejs, then Webstorm would be better, because it works a little more stable with this and features for working with Java will not interfere with you.
If you write both front and back - Intellij Idea Ultimate will be more convenient, because you can edit everything in one window.
If for you the web is any backend, and you write a backend in Java or Kotlin, the choice obviously falls in the direction of Intellij
