Intel WiFi 1000 BGN [Need Help]?
There is a desire to run Lenovo Intel WiFi 1000 BGN on an Acer laptop under Windows (in Linux everything is ok) (for those who do not know, such a symbiosis will not work right away - the driver does not start with error 10).
There are only two solutions:
1. soft - patch the drivers. I found a couple of checks on the go, but I couldn’t start it, I’ll pick further.
2. hardware - fix eeprom, namely subsys from 13158086 to 13058086. like then dev will change to 0083 and the card will become normal, not branded.
In connection with all this, I will forgive the help:
1. Perhaps someone has already bothered and found a solution.
2. If you have regular Intel WiFi 1000 BGN [ven8086/dev0083/subsys13058086] please use RW Everythingdownload and share the EEPROM of your card.
