Integration of residuals in Bitrix without a unique field?

Hello!
I just can't figure out how to update the rest of the goods on the site.
Suppliers send such files here prntscr.com/c9gjby
It does not have a unique field through which you can synchronize (article, code, etc.)
What to do in this case? What are the solutions?

If this name never changes for them (which I doubt), generate at least the same XML_ID based on it and bind by it.

In this case, just unambiguously link. Create an interface for the link, for example, so that all non-linked positions fall there and the operator selects the item associated with this position, or create it if it does not exist. And so, upon the implementation of the link, form XML_ID as described by Oleg.
