Integrated R in Oracle 12c

Here and there there are mentions that R is immediately built into Oracle12c.
And indeed, there is such an entertaining daddy on the server:
/u01/app/oracle/product/12.1.0/dbhome_1/R
However, I can’t find how to use / connect it normal description.
If you need to install everything the same as in 11g, then what is the news / integration?

Attempts to call rqTableEval and similar from SQL result in:
ORA-00904: "RQTABLEEVAL": invalid identifier
