Programmer is a broad concept. A web programmer is unlikely to be needed, a programmer in some research institute dealing with tricky physical processes is needed by definition.
If a company is doing something that requires non-trivial mathematics, there is a high chance that the programmer will also need relevant knowledge.
Differential calculus is used, for example, in everything related to graphics. It is also the basis for many other disciplines that may be required in the work.
So decide first on the desired profile, and then see where the math can be applied and what sections of it

Watching where. For popular areas (web development, mobile applications, various accounting) it is not necessary. It can be used in some applications for science.

Gröbner bases are much more necessary. And from the integrals, most often it is enough to know the trapezoid formula, for practical purposes (if this is not the calculation of a hydrogen bomb), it is enough.
