InsydeH20 not displaying flash drive?

I bought a laptop on Linux Ubuntu from a showcase, IPOS lock, I want to install Windows from a USB flash drive. does not show a flash drive, some other strange bios, UEFI, what should I do?

Disable UEFI, boot from LiveCD Linux, demolish all partitions with this garbage, enable UEFI, install Windows.
