Please tell me the resources where you can read more about installing a hackintosh.
I am especially interested in places where you can download kexts, as well as adequate forums where you can help solve possible difficulties during installation and configuration of the system.

Not much help in Russian, and there is much more to meet a similar problem on tonymacx86.

I also recommend www.tonymacx86.com/ the installation process is very well described
here , I installed half a year ago according to these instructions - everything went like clockwork
before installation, you need to make sure that your hardware is supported by macOS, if everything is ok, then there should be no problems .

the guys from applelife have a negative attitude towards DSDT from www.tonymacx86.com , the timers important for MacOS are not registered there. I advise you to look for DSDT on their forum. well, take note...
