Instead of the XAMPP admin panel, localhost/dashboard opens. How to fix?

In the control panel, both Apache and MySQL servers work, when you click on Admin next to MySQL, phpadmin exits, and when you click on Admin next to Apache, localhost / dashboard / exits, instead of the XAMPP administration panel. Maybe someone has experienced this and knows how to fix it.
