Hello, I ran into a problem: I was making a website via FTP on Hostinger and there was an error with the encoding. The fact is that Russian characters are displayed normally on the main page, but if you click on the links from above, then the header will be full of questions. Here is the site worldlooker.hol.es

problems with the encoding, because at first it is not specified and the browser auto-detects it, but when you go, for example, to worldlooker.hol.es/materics/eurasia.php , utf-8 is already indicated in the header, while the file itself apparently has a different encoding.
