Instant server replication?

Good afternoon.
It is necessary to set up replication of the virtual machine so that in the event of a failure of one host hypervisor, the work of the virtual machine will continue instantly from the same moment.
I found the possibility of replication in hyper-v, but with a delay of 30 seconds, and this is unacceptable, because the user should, at worst, know that his work has not been saved/rolled back.
Paid products that are not included in Windows Server 2012 r2 and earlier, please do not offer.

You need a service to replicate, they are a machine. You need to do it at the subd level!

In WIndows 2012, the server cannot be done in any way, it is necessary to synchronize the RAM in parallel. As far as I know, RAM synchronization can be done in VMWare solutions, but this is paid and expensive, alas.

What you are looking for is called Fault Tolerance. This is not the case in 2012 r2. There is HA, but the storage must remain available when the host fails, in which case the virtual machine is restarted on a new host with possible data loss.
