How to upgrade Postgresql without downtime?

Colleagues, help out. There is a bunch of master-slave on Postgres 9.3. On different servers. You need to upgrade to 9.4 without downtime. Raised on each of the hosts 9.4 on a different port, filled in from the dump, streaming replication between minor releases works. And how to replicate the old master to the new one - I can not understand. Londiste died at the time of python 2.6, it is desirable to configure Slony when creating a cluster. So I'm asking for advice

In general, the problem is solved, everything is updated. All Skytools, Slony etc... are crutches. In addition, Elephant takes root very firmly in the base, so much so that dumping can be problematic. If you set up the replication system from scratch, before launching applications into battle, then you can use third-party utilities. Exit - dump. It turned out better, simple less than a minute. They say that BDR was implemented in 9.4, we'll see at the next update.
