Installing yii 2 on OSPanel?

Hello everyone, it so happened that I am now on Windows.
Installed OSPanel, launched nginx + php7.2 cloned basic yii 2, launched, uncommented UrlManager, did not register any custom rules

I set up the domain to look at project/web
I go to url'y , everything is fine, the index works, but it's worth going, for example, to site.ru/site/contacts(site.ru/contacts), it gives a 404 error, what's the problem ?
Installed apache, same error. there are no .htaccess'ov, add. configs too...

that's just some .htaccess and should be.
