Such a situation, when booting from a bootable USB flash drive, it knocks out a color screen as in the photo, or orange with white vertical stripes.

I tried to make bootable flash drives through Rufus and ultra iso, I tried 3 different flash drives, 3 different images, as well as the downloader from the site. Bios - Click Bios 4 msi. Peretykali all the settings in the bios, did a bios reset.

I would have measured and thought maybe this computer cannot boot from a bootable flash drive, but I reinstalled Windows on this PC 2-3 times, from a flash drive, there is no DVD-rum in it.

Bios legacy - ntfs format
Bios uefi - fat 32, usb-hdd + v2
The answer is easily searched for by a search engine
