How to migrate inexpensively from windows 10 home to windows 10 pro in an organization?

Good afternoon.
I work as a system administrator in the company. Recently there was a need to include several computers in active directory (windows server 2019), however, they have a version of the windows 10 home operating system installed, which does not have AD support. I would like to know if there are cheaper ways to upgrade to windows 10 pro than buying a full boxed version. Due to the fact that oem versions are not considered, financially, buying the full version of the OS is quite expensive.

@mezhuev

buy the full version

Officially, that's the only way. For the future, control the purchase of new equipment and veto if there is not a suitable OS.
