Installing Ubuntu next to Windows 7. Grub pops up, how to start the installation?

Hello!
I created a bootable USB flash drive via UNetbootin, after I reboot the computer and boot from the bootable USB flash drive, and then a window appears with the choice of the console, reboot, shutdown and some other command, I don’t remember (because I am currently writing this question from Windows)
In general I choose this item, which is tricky, grub starts up and that's it, then I can't figure out what to do. On the Internet, everything is so simple, booted from a USB flash drive and you immediately install Linux, how can I get to this Linux installation?
