I reach the place with chroot /mnt sbin/unconfigured.sh and the system writes to me No such file or directory

You took some very ancient manual. Just upload the ISO to the flash drive with dd and install it normally.

Install from the side or just download the latest debian, use the manuals from the proxmox website
