Installing online chat on cms 1c-Bitrix?

Hey proging gurus! Advise this thing:
There is a site that a team of progers writes on the Bitrix CMS, you need to make an online chat on it, where registered users can communicate and discuss the subject of the site (computer games). Chat must be done as on the Twitch or Youtube platform. There is no chat module in the purchased Bitrix package, programmers advise to buy it in addition (it’s understandable, it’s easier for them) but there is no money. How to get out of the situation? What are some good third-party applications, add-ons, plugins, etc. for such a chat on Bitrix?
As an option, is it possible to install AJAX Chat in the site code on 1C-Bitrix? or this chat https://github.com/qsnipp/poloniex-trollbox ?
I would really appreciate a constructive response.

Are you sure that we are talking about the chat, and not about the comment system? Because they are two different subsystems.
Of course you can write your own. It all depends on the qualifications of programmers and on the directness of their hands.
There are two arguments in this regard:
- If the problem has already been solved in the system, then why reinvent the wheel?
Already for you, people have thought and implemented a lot of things, ranging from socket / long polling to the exchange of messages between users into a nightmare and it's easier to write your own.
But you still have to pay: either for the editorial office, or for the work of developers, or for a third-party service.
Free only cheese in a mousetrap.

1 If there is no money and you need the cheapest option, then buy a ready-made module.
2 If all the same, not everything is so bad and there is some money - set a task for the prager. It's not that difficult.
3 If money is a fool - you can choose one of the free ones, spend a week or two on adaptation, and therefore go to option 1 or 2 to choose from.
