The problem with the sections, as you can see from the screen - there is free space, but the allocation buttons are inactive. I think it's because there are too many partitions on the disk. But all other sections are occupied by Windows 10 (screen). Tell me what to do?

you can only create 4 main partitions on a disk ...
I would reinstall by draining the data to another disk ...

you most likely have an MBR partition table (maximum 4 primary and crutches in the form of extended ones)
