Sublime text 3 portable will work in ubuntu?

I want to install a portable version of sublime text in the cloud so that I can access the editor from any computer. I just installed the cloud in ubuntu, now I'm thinking, will sublime work this way?
What are your thoughts gentlemen?

Yes, there is the same Sublime Text 3, completely. Just install the deb package from the off site and you can install both plugins and themes, that's it.
