Good day.
I have a dedicated server, and we have nginx + php-fpm installed and several sites (more than 10) are running.
Is it possible to install ips5 without conflicts?

No. During installation, ISPmanager will replace the configs that you configured manually, which will inevitably lead to conflicts.
