Installing debian server on virtualbox?

I decided to organize a debian server at home
. But the problem is, I bought a static ip.
I installed everything, port 22 was opened.
I can't connect to it via putty.
+ I put lamp, I go through the browser, the same problem.

Do you have Debian directly on the Internet, or is there some other equipment between it and the provider? After all, it also needs to be configured accordingly.
