Installing Android 2.3 on LG GT 540
Hello! I decided to reflash my LG GT540, which is running android 2.1 to version 2.3 (when buying the phone, it was version 1.6).
I found an article that briefly describes the installation process. I ran into a problem at the very beginning. Can't boot to fastboot. When booting through recovery, the phone turns on in safe mode and it's not clear what to do.
Googling did not give a normal description of the installation. Perhaps someone from Kharovchan to share experience and advice or a link to a detailed description of installing Android 2.3 on the LG GT 540.
Thank you for your attention.

I just flashed it myself, here is a squeeze of everything that is on w3bsit3-dns.com
As far as I understand, to get fastboot, you need to start with a modified firmware. Have you read this?

Custom Recovery for Optimus, here is a detailed installation of Cyanogen mod (in English).
In this topic, the process of installing fastboot and recovery is described in sufficient detail. In short, at first, one of the modified firmware is loaded with standard tools (there are a lot of them to choose from at the link above), the process does not always go with a bang, but it should work out on the second or third attempt. Next, download the Cyanogen mod for our little animal, and it is poured through the fastboot. In case of problems, I can tell you more in a personal. I myself am the owner of such a device with Android 2.3 on board.
