Installing a Debian web server in a virtual machine to run Joomla and Wordpress?

Hello, for several days I have been struggling with setting up a web server on a virtual machine to access sites from the local network, I could only configure it to run regular php files, sites are located in /var/www/vshosts/
phpmyadmin, webmin also works. How to deal with it? Thank you!

I downloaded them and unpacked them, then I sent them via ftp to a server, when you open the site a white page
