Installed new RAM and when booting up the PC freezes tightly. What to do?

I bought and installed a new RAM (HyperX Fury 1600 4GB), because 1333 was not. I know that the motherboard supports up to 1866, and the processor supports up to 1333 and that my RAM will simply work according to the bus MHz, but I ran into a problem: the PC starts up and on the Windows 10 system recovery circle the PC hangs tightly, after rearranging to the old RAM (in two channels 2x2 ) everything works, is there any way to fix this? I can’t reliably find out if the new opka is working, because memtest86 (or whatever it is) does not load, only the stick in the corner blinks. Guys help please!!!! I will be sincerely grateful.

What model of motherboard and memory? Old mothers cannot work with new DDR3 modules with 512 MB chips, only 256 MB. For example, there should be 16 chips on a 4 GB module. and they should be located on two sides, and not on one.
