installation on linux?

Tell me, are there any good video editing programs for linux in the universe?
I work with short films in full hd, switched to Linux and was horrified that most editing programs are terribly inconvenient, unstable and resemble a movie maker in functionality ...

PS: I heard about lightworks, which have been promising a Linux port for almost a year and a half, but, as I understand it, wait a long time. It's a pity.

I have been making films and videos for 17 years. 5 of them work exclusively under Linux. In general, after all sorts of independent experiments, trial and error, I can advise the following toolchain:
kdenlive is definitely the best montage. It is also convenient to make a selection of material on it (in the event that your material is on a tape with or without a time code).
Blender - compositing and 3D. If you've worked in AE before, you'll find it hard to get used to, especially if you haven't dealt with any node-oriented compositing tools.
There is also an excellent Nuke for compositing. It may be the best of its kind, AE is no match, but it is commercial. There is a free version with watermarks.
In general, in the old fashioned way, you can run the 7.5 version of AE under wine. It works great and is very stable. I use from time to time. There are two useful tricks:
1. AE uses only 2GB, to allocate more, you need to write /PAE and /3GB commands in boot.ini
2. press the Shift key and select Preferences ... there will be a "Secret" tab. add "20" to the text field, don't change anything else. This will keep AE from crashing during rendering.

I use Kino for simple editing. But it can be suitable for more serious purposes.

I tried Openshot yesterday. Stable, fast, but “reminiscent of a movie maker in terms of functionality ...” (although I have enough)
