How to set up proton under Fedora 34?
I recently encountered a problem, namely, I can not start any game in Steam. when I press "Play" a window appears for a moment with the text "Preparing to launch *name of the game*...", then immediately disappears and as a result the game does not start.
What I have already tried is to update the video card driver, try the game launch options (gamemoderun% comand% and another one, I don’t remember now)
Here is the result of the neofetch command

In the "Settings" window, click "Steam Play". Make sure you check "Enable Steam Play for supported files" and "Enable Steam Play for all other games". Finally, choose the version of Proton you want to use from the dropdown menu. If you don't know which version to choose, choose the latest one
Do not worry and install another distribution for yourself (tested on myself)
