InsertOne in Mongodb doesn't work sometimes. Can you help?

In general, I am parsing the site, everything is parsed without problems, I collect all the data in a dictionary. Then the street magic begins. for some reason, iterations of the loop do not insert and this is very strange, and there is an observation that after several fillings, the insertion of the pack either happens normally or not. I googled and did not find a similar error from anyone.
