Insecure server, doesn't support FTP over TLS?

Today I updated FileZilla to 3.10.1.1
After that, when I try to connect, I get:

Status: Connection established, waiting for prompt...
Status: Insecure server, does not support FTP over TLS.

What is the problem?

in the FTP protocol. It sends the data in the clear, and it can be viewed by other people.
Do not leave the door to your apartment open.
