Information terminal "INFOMAT"?

A certain LLC produces information terminals. (I will not publish the name of LLC so as not to advertise, and this information is redundant)
Here is an approximate configuration:
motherboard ASUS "M5A78L-M LX3"
processor AMD "Athlon II X2 245"
RAM - 4 GB DDR3
hard drive - SSD 64 GB SATA
graphics card ASUS "EN210 Silent/DI/1GD3/V2 (LP)
WiFi adapter 802.11
power supply 650 W
Brand of card reader Hitachi V2BF
Brand of used printer KPM-216IIH
Camera Logitech C270 USB connection Version in case (rotated 90 degrees)
Diagonal screen size, inch (mm) (flipped 90 degrees) 42 (106.7)
The description resulted because. maybe there are similar terminals.
And the actual question. Has anyone developed software to manage this terminal (with video recording from the camera, card reading, printing, well, and a touch interface)?
If yes, please leave contacts and links. I will be grateful.

They installed such ones, the usual WIN XP was installed there, the touch works, the cash register printer is defined like any other, it only requires setting the scale and margins, the first available software such as WebCamXp or analogues is used to record video (depending on what exactly is needed), I won’t say about readers, We have them, but not connected yet.
Actually, a regular computer, whatever you want, install it, taking into account the touch interface: the native scrolling of applications for example does not work - it is almost impossible to get into the strip with your finger.
