Information Security. What is the difference between military and civilian universities?

Where will the knowledge gained be more relevant?
Where is the focus on what?
And where are those same hackers trained?

On the one hand, military universities are more conservative. On the other hand, they are a state priority. The military commissar always walked ahead of us.
I would like to see the answer on the example of a comparison between the Academy of the FSB and ITMO, as vivid and opposite examples.

Military universities give a military commissar.
All.
Hackers are not trained, they are born on their own. Watch the movie "Hackers" of the 95th year. There someone asked who where studies? No. They themselves are interested. They read themselves. Find information on their own. When entering a university, they ALREADY know more than many teachers.
The emphasis at the university is on HIGHER EDUCATION. And she is profile in so far as.

He himself studied for 4 years at IB - Donna, if interested, in fact they are simply taught to learn. No more, do you or should you burn with it, love and want to learn all this simply because you want to, well, or wake up like 99% of students, namely just lads, and ladies who, well, in general, know the educational material and that’s all (and even then not always.)
