Influence of Yandex and Google maps on site speed?
I did a little experiment, but did not come to a firm conclusion.
There are 3 sites:
1. The main site is online with a Yandex map
2. The same site is on a local server
3. A WP site with an Astra theme and a Google map is also on a local
site online site and LightHouse for everyone.
So PageSpeed made a big difference.
LightHouse shows minor changes.
As far as I read, the difference between these two tools is that LightHouse actually makes laboratory measurements here and now, and PageSpeed, in addition to such measurements, supplements them with measurements of actual users who have visited this page.
Am I really loading the map quickly now, but a significant part of the visitors on the site that is online are loading it poorly. I think the conclusion is wrong. Maybe PageSpeed does some kind of audit that LightHouse doesn't?
I would like to reduce all thoughts to understanding whether such maps are needed or a screenshot of the passage is better? In particular, how it affects rankings.
Based on PageSpeed, speed is greatly undermined, which means it has a negative effect, on the other hand, why should I index the "Contacts" page, and even if it is poorly indexed.
On the other hand, it is much more convenient than photography, and a tool from the developers of Google and Yandex, is this a step that they will like?
