InfiPlayerAX.ocx is a file that allows you to display video from the camera directly to the IE browser. How to use it?

There is a Chinese camera with which there was a program that was installed on the computer and the camera starts showing in the browser. I found that it installs ActiveX plugins and shows video through them. I want to show 4 cameras at once in IE on one page. Therefore, I want to know how to connect this plugin via HTML and how to slip a stream into it?
