Infecting a poppy with a virus is nonsense. What to do?

Looking for IE for Mac to test the layout, somehow I installed MacKeeper (the same one that appears in all virus-advertising dice on sites).
I successfully demolished it and it began - substitution of links, tabs themselves open, etc.
Obviously, the hand of these people with MacKeeper is involved.
What to do? How to be?
I haven't been in this situation in three years.
