Inexpensive file hosting?
There is a startup on Google Cloud. Worldwide distribution is very nice, but disk space prices are very expensive (~$800/month). Share your list of cheap file clouds (at least 20 TB) and good connectivity in 3 continents: America, Europe, Asia (Central and Eastern)

They are all about the same price.
Look selector. They are someone's resellers, maybe, taking into account our realities, it will be cheaper at the exchange rate.
Clouds are expensive, that's okay.
If you want cheaper - take separate servers and distribute them yourself. Software for this case - a lot.
Or maybe 1 server + CDN will help you for distribution around the world.
The cheapest option for a single server is a dedicated one in Europe (OVH, Hetzner) if you can fill it up enough.

14 tb total:
first month: €79.00 + €12.61 + €39.00 + €32.00
second and beyond : € 12.61 + € 39.00 + € 32.00
+ we do proxying through CloudFlare (free plan) - we get good accessibility around the world.
The cheapest. Indeed, only Hetzner (only more expensive than the above option - you also need mirroring, and the performance of one disk is unlikely to be enough, so rather SX131 for 169). You can also look at Online.net for a similar one.
cloudy. Unless you try Scaleway.com, but it has its own technical specifics, and it still works from the same region.
On top of any option, set up a CDN. Only not Cloudflare (if not only the volume, but also the traffic is decent, then there will immediately be a corporate tariff, from $5,000).
See WSR for example . They have coverage on all continents.
