Inexpensive cloud storage + server?

Hello.
I'm looking for something like this.
The problem is that from the computing resources you need very (!) Little, but constantly (load backups and send them to storage), and there is a lot of storage and traffic (incoming).
Therefore, first of all, strorge is searched for (about 15 cents per gig of storage per month, traffic is about 0.10 per gig of traffic, and free traffic between storage and computing resources when uploading per storage).
Rackspace was more or less suitable, but its billing refused to eat 2 different cards, and even then, there was a LOT of computing power there.
I know Amazon, but the minimum power is more expensive than rackspace ...
Thanks in advance!

One of the cheapest is powweb.com, $3.88 per month. Places are almost unlimited. If you need powerful - rackspace.com

I can invite you to us ( selectel.ru/cloud/ ). A terabyte-hour costs 5 rubles, that is, a month of storage of 1 GB is about 3 rubles 60 kopecks (at the current rate of 12 cents). You can turn off the car, that is, pay for uptime only at the moments when the car is needed.

Will you try to test the multimedia storage at Oversun in beta mode? We will open beta access soon. In theory, there is what you need - storage :) Costs will be slightly higher per GB of space per month (I can drop it in a personal), but the traffic is free. The virtual machine itself is 65 kopecks per hour, it can be turned off / on as needed.
Read about virtual machines on our website , and about the possibility of a beta test - write to me here if you're interested :)
