Individual data center?

There is a garage. We drive the car into the garage only for the winter, and the rest of the time potatoes, car trash and other items are stored there. So, why not turn it into a Tier 3 class data center and place your servers and servers of your clients there. But how to turn a garage into a professional DC (DPC).
What is needed for this, what work will be required and how much will it cost ?! There is electricity, there are water and gas pipes nearby, so it's no problem to connect, but it's expensive. And please stop deleting questions!!!

As you yourself wrote - it's expensive! Explaining why is long and tedious, and I'm afraid you won't understand at this stage. Just read the guest on structured cabling, and then we'll talk further. Therefore, your questions are deleted.
This is from the category of how to make a plane in a garage and certify it.

Make a Tier 3 data center out of a garage? I hope with an application to the Uptime Institute and a certificate? If it flies, let me know. It’s really interesting how this is possible, I’ll show a friend how to do it
