Individual - as a processor of personal data. Examples?

Colleagues, good afternoon!
Please advise and/or help me to resolve the issue.
I am opening a website, in short, a collective blog.
Accordingly, data collection is in accordance with 152-FZ.
By law, an operator can be a natural person. I see no reason to register an LLC just for this.
Tell me, are there any examples of a privacy policy drawn up for an individual? I can't find it in the public domain. Maybe someone did.

The law is lame. Like everyone else. It was not created for what was declared. It was adopted for unfair competition, censorship, and stimulating corruption.
As long as you don't interfere with anyone, no one will bug you. The desire to do everything "in the mind" de jure in this case is meaningless.

The requirements of 152-FZ do not differ in the forms of activity (LLC or IP, where the IP is an individual), except perhaps for the amount of responsibility (for an IP it is lower than for an LLC) ... therefore, everything is exactly the same as for LLC. If you are concerned that you are not registered as an individual entrepreneur, this does not matter for Roskomnadzor, this is in the circle of interests of the tax and law enforcement agencies ...
