index.css or app.css?

There is a problem in the training project: in the src project folder there is an index.js file, in the containers nested in the src folder there is App.css... both with the first file and with the second, the styles are not attached to the component .. if I delete one of them in terminal error file not found.. What am I doing wrong? Screen stuck .. on the screen in both files 1 and the same code, but it does not matter

Well, you probably need to first import the file into imdex.js, and then look at what is written in the errors, everything will be written in detail there.
