I study npn transistors.

With a transistor, the LED glows brighter and if you turn off the supply to the collector (the very first resistor), then they will glow in the same way, it turns out that it is not necessary to use the collector and it amplifies the voltage?

You draw a diagram, you can't understand anything from this picture. The transistor here should be used for switching, and there should be a resistor in series with the LED in the collector circuit that sets the current through this LED. Less resistor resistance -> more current -> brighter LED.
