Increase window size when saving bookmark in Chrome?

1) Which file needs to be edited in Chrome - in order to increase the window size while saving the bookmark as in the screenshot?

2) Which Dom element to change the height of?

This is a chrome-embedded window, not part of the dom. You can't change it with css. I don’t think that you can change this through any file, it’s more likely that you need to edit the source codes. Chromium sources can be found here - dev.chromium.org/developers/how-tos/get-the-code )
