Incorrect display of Google Chrome tabs and settings

The problem can be seen in the attached screenshot. Tabs and settings in Chrome are displayed incorrectly, more precisely, they are not displayed at all. Reinstalling the browser, cleaning the registry / caches / appdata / user profiles / checking the disk for errors does not give any result. Please tell me what could be the problem? Just because of one browser there is no desire to reinstall the system. A search on this issue did not return any results. Thanks in advance for your reply.

Have you tried stable, unstable, beta?
Has it always been like this?

And change of the user? So does everyone?
If you enable, disable ClearType, what will happen?
Have you tried the classic theme?
Did you change the system fonts?

I had a similar experience for 30-40 minutes when I just rolled up win8. It just passed. But my vidyukha is actively dying, so check it.
